Swimmer's Itch Guard Return Policy
Retail Consumer Customers may return Swimmer's Itch Guard products within 30 days if they are unopened. Wholesale customers may not return products. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
Opened products may not be returned unless there is an obvious problem with the product. If a user believes a family member is allergic to either the Oil or the Gel, we will exchange the other product for what was purchased on a 1-to-1 basis. Both products contain coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, vitamin E, and cinnamon oil, so if one is allergic to any of these oils, neither product will work, and we will process a return if no one in the family can use the product. Since 2010, we have not had one instance of an allergy to any of the four versions of Swimmer's Itch Guard that we have sold. Email pictures of the "allergic reaction" to support@swimmersitchguard.com. If the allergy is real, we will send a replacement as an exchange. We will email you a Return Shipping pdf that you can use for the returned product.
The buyer is responsible for paying the Shipping back to this address: 1991 Ryan Ave W, Roseville, MN 55113. Use the original box if possible and send it via the USPS in the USA or Global Post if in Canada. Returns from other countries besides the USA and Canada are not practical because of the return shipping cost to the customer, so sales to other countries are final.
